- Amount
- 0.5–1 mg per day
- Frequency
- Once daily
- Cycle / observation period
- 8–12 weeks; source also mentions 16 weeks
- Route / research model
- Intramuscular
The source cites preclinical administration. That does not establish a human regimen.
Titration & progression
A dose range is not a titration schedule. No independently verified stepwise escalation has been established for this source-reported regimen.
Supply & Planning
Compare vial strengths here. A different vial size changes the available material, not the biological dose.
Diluent & formulation
Diluent compatibility is formulation-specific. A verified manufacturer instruction is still needed before bacteriostatic water or another diluent can be listed as suitable for this research material.

Material minimum only: round total material ÷ vial content up to a whole vial. Actual supply may be higher because of single-use packaging, discard dates, dead space or losses. No validated multi-use storage period is assumed.
Reported Research Results
Selected observations from the cited research. Each finding retains its study population, formulation and limitations.
- Prostamax is identified as the short peptide Lys-Glu-Asp-Pro in a primary chromatin study. The selected record includes human-derived cell experiments and rat prostate-tissue cultures. These are relevant laboratory observations, but they do not establish relief of urinary symptoms or treatment of prostate disease in people. [1] [2]
- A 2004 study examined chromatin in human lymphocytes using thermal measurements. Prostamax exposure changed the distribution and temperatures of features in the heat-response profile. The authors interpreted these observations as changes in chromatin organization. The experiment did not measure urinary function or a prostate-treatment outcome. [3]
- The 2006 organotypic-culture study included Prostamax and prostate explants from young and aged rats, alongside other peptide/tissue comparisons. It reported stimulation in the corresponding cultures. This adds tissue-relevant evidence beyond lymphocyte experiments, but it does not establish clinical repair or symptom improvement. [2]

Medical publications and supporting literature from the corresponding protocol bibliographies, combined across vial strengths. Supplier and commercial catalog references are excluded. Duplicate destinations appear once. Inclusion does not mean that a paper validates the reported dose, or that an ingredient study tests the finished blend.
