Imported summaries remain unverified research; they are separate from firsthand submissions in the private queue.

Reports, not verdicts

“Blacklist” is a navigation label for reported experiences, not a designation of proven fraud or guilt. Imported research summaries are identified separately from firsthand community submissions.

Peppers Index presents attributed accounts and allegations for informational purposes. Reports may be inaccurate, incomplete, disputed, or superseded. A listing does not establish fraud, unlawful conduct, or guilt. Workbook editions are versions of one source family. Rows with no incident details remain incomplete repository entries. Payment-account details, email addresses and residential addresses from the workbooks are omitted. We do not endorse every statement in a linked source.

What must happen before publication

Review the exact company, website and seller identity; distinguish firsthand accounts from hearsay; examine supporting records; remove private information; and check for replies, remedies and corrections. Repeated articles or cross-posts do not automatically represent independent evidence.

Responses and corrections

Companies and readers may request corrections or provide a response and supporting material. Material updates should appear with the original report. Disputed identity and retracted claims should be clearly flagged or removed as appropriate.

What a search result means

Results are matching research records, not counts of victims or verified incidents. Multiple records can concern one company. No match does not establish that a vendor is trustworthy or that a product is safe.

Submission privacy

Submissions, optional email addresses and evidence links are stored in a private WordPress review queue restricted to site administrators. They are not automatically published or included in search. Records remain there until reviewed or deleted by the administrator. An expiring keyed hash of the connection address helps limit spam; the raw address is not added to the report. Do not submit health records, payment credentials, full account numbers, home addresses, or unrelated personal information.

Research limits

This directory combines selected Facebook posts, Krysia / K-Hole articles three user-supplied community blacklist workbooks dated September 13, 18 and 24, 2026, and the user-supplied Scammers file 3.pdf compilation. It is not an exhaustive archive. Underlying transactions and laboratory exhibits generally remain unauthenticated; source links may require membership or sign-in. The research snapshot is September 29, 2026.
