Research Protocol & Dosage
Source-reported examples · not treatment recommendations
- Amount
- Approximately 2.33 mg total per day: 1.67 mg GHK-Cu plus 0.33 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500
- Frequency
- Once daily
- Cycle / observation period
- 4 weeks, then a 2–4 week pause in the source
- Route / research model
- Subcutaneous
The source assumes 50 mg GHK-Cu plus 10 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500 per vial. This is a fixed-combination source claim.
Titration & progression
The selected example uses a fixed amount; no stepwise titration is specified for this planning window.
| Phase | Amount per administration | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Days 1–28 | 2.3333 mg | Daily |
Supply & Planning
Compare vial strengths here. A different vial size changes the available material, not the biological dose.
Diluent & formulation
Diluent compatibility is formulation-specific. A verified manufacturer instruction is still needed before bacteriostatic water or another diluent can be listed as suitable for this research material.
Vial comparison
Source example: 28-day planning window: 65.3333 mg total material. Use this total below, or enter a different documented total for comparison.
| Vial strength | Vials needed |
|---|---|
| 70 mg | 1 |
Calculated from the displayed schedule.
Material minimum only: round total material ÷ vial content up to a whole vial. Actual supply may be higher because of single-use packaging, discard dates, dead space or losses. No validated multi-use storage period is assumed.
Reported Research Results
Selected observations from the cited research. Each finding retains its study population, formulation and limitations.
Studies of individual ingredients do not establish the effects of this finished combination. Combination studies are identified explicitly below.
- The reference catalog lists GLOW as a mixture of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. This documents the listing, not the contents or performance of every product using the name. A directly matched original outcome study of the finished GLOW formulation was not established in this selected search.
- A small randomized post-laser study compared skin-care regimens with and without GHK-Cu. Objective assessments did not show an advantage in wrinkles or overall skin quality, while a patient questionnaire favored the GHK-Cu regimen. Thirteen participants completed the study. [1]
- A 2026 rat tendon study did not establish added benefit from combining BPC-157 with the tested TB-500 material. It did not include GHK-Cu. [2]

Sources & Further Reading
Medical publications and supporting literature from the corresponding protocol bibliographies, combined across vial strengths. Supplier and commercial catalog references are excluded. Duplicate destinations appear once. Inclusion does not mean that a paper validates the reported dose, or that an ingredient study tests the finished blend.
