DOSAGE INDEX / STACK
CJC-1295 DAC + Ipamorelin
Research, reported schedules and supply planning.
Separate CJC-1295 DAC and ipamorelin component studies from exact-stack evidence, including a rat muscle study that did not test the pair.

Research Protocol & Dosage
Source-reported examples · not treatment recommendations
- Amount
- CJC: 1–2 mg per week; ipamorelin: 100–300 micrograms total per day
- Frequency
- CJC weekly; ipamorelin daily
- Cycle / observation period
- 8–12 weeks; source also mentions 16 weeks
- Route / research model
- Subcutaneous
This is a two-vial stack, not a premixed blend. The source’s combination schedule is not independently validated here.
Titration & progression
A dose range is not a titration schedule. No independently verified stepwise escalation has been established for this source-reported regimen.
Supply & Planning
Compare vial strengths here. A different vial size changes the available material, not the biological dose.
Diluent & formulation
Diluent compatibility is formulation-specific. A verified manufacturer instruction is still needed before bacteriostatic water or another diluent can be listed as suitable for this research material.
Separate vials: 2 mg + 5 mg or 5 mg + 5 mg. Each ingredient needs its own material total and formulation instructions. These are not premixed products.
Reported Research Results
Selected observations from the cited research. Each finding retains its study population, formulation and limitations.
Studies of individual ingredients do not establish the effects of this finished combination. Combination studies are identified explicitly below.
- The long-acting CJC-1295 trial reported sustained GH and IGF-I responses in healthy adults. Its findings concern that component and preparation. They do not quantify the added effect of ipamorelin. [1]
- A 1999 study measured ipamorelin concentrations and GH responses after intravenous administration in healthy male volunteers. It characterized single-component pharmacology rather than the CJC-1295 pairing. [2]
- A 2001 adult-rat study examined ipamorelin in a glucocorticoid model. It reported improved maximum tetanic tension compared with glucocorticoid alone. Its described treatment groups did not include CJC-1295. [3]

Sources & Further Reading
Medical publications and supporting literature from the corresponding protocol bibliographies, combined across vial strengths. Supplier and commercial catalog references are excluded. Duplicate destinations appear once. Inclusion does not mean that a paper validates the reported dose, or that an ingredient study tests the finished blend.
